Accomodation rules

  1. Check-in between 16:00-20:00 CET if a different time is not agreed.

  2. If a guest asks for prolonging his/her stay the hotel may offer him/her a different room than he/she was originally accommodated.

  3. The hotel takes responsibility only for damage on property and valuables only in case the guest passed it to the hotel staff for save keeping.

  4. Right to compensation of the damage must be applied with the hotel without suspension, at maximum within 15 days after the involved realized the damage.

  5. The guest uses the rooms for the time agreed. The guest checks-out at 10 am at latest and by that time the room must be freed. If the guest does not do so, the hotel may charge extra day of accommodation. In case the guest does not listen to appeal to leave the room or is not present in the hotel, and the room is already booked for another guest, the hotel reserves a privilege to make a list of guests belongings and put them on a save place so the room may be used by the guest that booked the room.

  6. Guests are not allowed to move furniture and other property in rooms and other space of the hotel, make any changes in the power network or any other installations.

  7. In the hotel especially in the rooms the guest are not allowed to use their own electrical installations apart of those that are used for personal hygiene (such as shavers, hair dryers etc.)

  8. The hotel will arrange medical help or a hospital transport in case the guest gets injured or sick.

  9. The guest is bound to close all water taps, switch off all the lights in rooms and also to close and lock the door when he/she leaves the room.

  10. It is strictly forbidden to manipulate with open fire and to smoke in the hotel.

  11. For safety reasons it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 y.o. without adults in the hotel rooms.

  12. Dogs and other pets may be accommodated only in case the guest proves the pets are healthy and also after previous agreement with the hotel management. The price for accommodation of the pets is counted according to the valid price-list - currently 50CZK per night.

  13. Between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am guests are not allowed to disturb other guests with loud behaviour or in any other way.

  14. The guests are responsible for the damage they make on the hotel property if they do not prove they are not guilty for the damage.

  15. The guests are bound by these Accommodation rules. In case of any breach of these Accommodation rules, the hotel reserves the privilege to end the accommodation services prior to originally agreed time.d
